What Are Foxtails, and Why Are They a Problem?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Foxtails are the barbed seed heads of certain types of wild grasses. They thrive in dry, warm climates like Agoura Hills and become especially prevalent in late spring and summer. As the grasses dry out, the seeds detach and hitch a ride on anything nearby\u2014including your dog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
